Which areas do you serve?
We currently serve select residences in DLF Phase 3, including U Block and Global Enclave, Gurgaon. We grow one neighbourhood at a time so that every home receives the same standard of care.
What kinds of footwear do you care for?
Sneakers, leather and formal shoes, loafers, boots, heels, sports and children's footwear. Slippers and flip-flops are not included in memberships.
Do you handle designer and luxury pairs?
Yes. Please let us know about suede, patent or high-value pairs. Luxury footwear is cared for under the Atelier membership, with your written approval before any treatment.
How do repairs work?
If a pair needs repair, we send you photographs and a quote on WhatsApp. Work begins only after you confirm.
How is membership billed?
Memberships are prepaid monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation applies from the next billing month.
How do I begin?
